Where are you located?
Sunshine Peak Studios is based in the Fox Cities area of Wisconsin.

Do you have any retail locations?
Not at this time.

How do I stay up to date on sales or new products?
Sign up for our newsletter (at the bottom of this page) or follow us on Instagram or Facebook.

Do you sell on Etsy?
Occasionally, we do post one of a kind items on Etsy. You can see our page here.

Are your practices sustainable?
We use a sustainable model that is means products are made when they are ordered and as close to the customer as possible. This reduces the waste of over production and reduces emissions in delivery. Our providers also use environmentally friendly production practices. We are also thoughtful of the materials used in our products.

What about customer service?
If you have a customer service issue, please use our contact form to get in touch. We will do our best to respond to any inquires as quickly as possible between 9 am-12 pm (Central), Monday-Thursday. Please allow for flexibility in this timing for holiday's and other commitments that may arise.

Are you an affiliate?
We recommend a number of things that we don't offer in our store, like books and sustainable products. In some of these cases, we are an affiliate or associate and may make a commission on these sales if you use the links on our site. 

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Items usually ship within 3-5 days of order. This allows for time to make the product and get it ready just for you. Then it will take 3-5 days for the carrier to deliver it to you.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are variable and calculated by weight.

Why did my order come in separate packages?
We have a few suppliers, so the items you ordered may be shipping from multiple places.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you take returns?
Generally, because the item is produced just for you when you order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, unless the item was damaged (see next bullet point). However, if you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we can see how to make it right.

What if the item arrived damaged?
If the item arrived damaged, a replacement can be sent at no further cost. Please contact us to start this process. You will need a photo of the damaged product.
